  • Free trial available—receive your plant, test it in your space, and pay only if you keep it.
  • Free professional installation at the time of delivery.
  • If not satisfied, return the product free of charge within 7 days.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOMIZATION

  • Customers can request free customization at checkout.
  • A Luxiplant representative will contact you to confirm details.
  • Custom orders are non-returnable but can be adjusted if needed.

SECTION 6 - 100% PRICE GUARANTEE

  • If you find a lower price for the same product elsewhere, we will match or beat the price.
  • Applies to similar quality artificial plants only.

SECTION 7 - LIFESPAN GUARANTEE

  • 10-year lifespan guarantee on all Luxiplant artificial plants (T&C apply).
  • If the product deteriorates under normal conditions, we offer a free replacement.

SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
