SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
Pan-India shipping via trusted logistics partners (e.g., Shiprocket).
Estimated Delivery:
- Metro Cities: 1–3 business days
- Non-Metro Areas: 3–7 business days
Free Shipping on all orders.
Real-time tracking shared via email/SMS upon dispatch.

SECTION 4 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and returned with original packaging.
Initiate requests via our website, email, or WhatsApp.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after inspection.
COD returns are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

SECTION 5 – FREE CUSTOMIZATION

Customization is absolutely free.
Add notes at checkout for custom requests.
A representative will contact you to confirm the design.
Customized items are non-returnable unless damaged.

SECTION 6 – 100% PRICE GUARANTEE

If you find the same artificial plant (design + quality) at a lower price anywhere in India, we will match or beat it.
Applicable to identical products only.
Submit proof via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of purchase.

SECTION 7 – LIFESPAN GUARANTEE

All Luxiplant products come with a 10-year lifespan guarantee under normal indoor/outdoor conditions.
Covered: Color fading, tearing, or material deterioration under standard use.
Claim via photo evidence + invoice. We'll replace it free of charge.

SECTION 8 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to limit or cancel any orders. If changes are made to your order, we’ll notify you via email or phone. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information at all times.

SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may revise these Terms periodically. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use after changes means you agree to the revised terms.
