Returns & Exchanges — Simple. Free. Guaranteed.

We want you to love your Luxiplant product. If for any reason it’s not the perfect fit, we make returns and exchanges easy, fast, and free — no questions asked.


Eligibility for Return & Exchange:

  • You can return or exchange your plant within 14 days of delivery.

  • The plant must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for eligibility.


Return & Exchange Process:

  1. Initiate Request
    Fill out our return/exchange form on the website or email us at luxiplant@gmail.com with your order ID and reason.

  2. Pickup Scheduled
    Our logistics partner will arrange a free pickup from your location—no need to visit any center.

  3. Product Inspection
    Once received, the product is quickly inspected for quality check (2–3 business days).

  4. Full Refund / Replacement
    You can choose:

    • Full refund to your original payment method

    • Exchange with any other product of your choice
      (Price adjustments will be communicated if applicable)


Items Not Eligible:

  • Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.

  • Customized products not eligible unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Returns made after 14 days of delivery.


Important Notes:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.

  • For COD orders, refund is made via UPI or bank transfer.

  • If exchanging, we’ll dispatch the new product after pickup of the original.
