We want you to love your Luxiplant product. If for any reason it’s not the perfect fit, we make returns and exchanges easy, fast, and free — no questions asked.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange:

You can return or exchange your plant within 14 days of delivery.

The plant must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for eligibility.
Return & Exchange Process:

Initiate Request
Fill out our return/exchange form on the website or email us at luxiplant@gmail.com with your order ID and reason. -
Pickup Scheduled
Our logistics partner will arrange a free pickup from your location—no need to visit any center. -
Product Inspection
Once received, the product is quickly inspected for quality check (2–3 business days). -
Full Refund / Replacement
You can choose:-
Full refund to your original payment method

Exchange with any other product of your choice
(Price adjustments will be communicated if applicable)

Items Not Eligible:

Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.

Customized products not eligible unless damaged or incorrect.

Returns made after 14 days of delivery.
Important Notes:

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.

For COD orders, refund is made via UPI or bank transfer.

If exchanging, we’ll dispatch the new product after pickup of the original.
